Thank you for your interest in partnering with Northwest Wood Heat through volunteering!

I'll take a minute here to tell you a little bit about who we are and what we do.

We are a small team of people that have come together for a cause that we believe in~ Providing firewood to people that heat their homes with wood heat, and for whatever reason, do not have the necessary financial resources to purchase it. We help low-income families, individuals, veterans, senior citizens and the disabled, and consider senior citizens and the disabled a priority.

unless you heat with wood, you might think that this is a seasonal operation and that opportunities to volunteer are mainly during the heating season, but that isn't the case at all. We prepare for the heating season all year long and have year 'round opportunities to volunteer.
